At Fairway Aluminum Solutions

we’ve been designing custom aluminum railings and fabrications that create the perfect finishing touch on multifamily and commercial projects for nearly 30 years. More than fabricators, we work with your team to bring your vision to life with amazing detail.

we believe that quality and safety are the most important factors in any railing project. Our ability to control the entire process ensures projects meet our standards – from our finishing pre-treatment process, to our superior punched and concealed welding, and our AAMA-2604 or 2605 powder coating finish.

Whether you need a standard option or a completely custom design, our team will work with you to ensure railings that are Smart, Safe, and Architecturally Significant.

We specify our railing components at industry leading material thickness:

Post Flange thickness at no less than 0.375”
Horizontal rail wall thickness at no less than 0.063”
Corner and End post wall thickness at no less than 0.094”
Drop post thickness at no less than 0.125”

All assemblies are accomplished with MIG welding techniques and nothing less than a NOMMA #3 finish
Our powder coat application includes no less than the exact standards for AAMA 2605 pre-treatment to maximize the longevity and performance of the finished color coating
Our railing specification provides isolation between the aluminum and the dilutive chemical properties of concrete
Our welded components guarantee a longer ROI by using compatible metal rods versus those using stainless mechanical connections as a primary method of construction
100% of our welded joints receive pre-treatment and coating finish treatment inside a factory environment, versus mechanical rail systems that contain bare metal components and edges.

In our typical design, post spacing does not exceed a maximum distance of five feet (60”)
Our design criteria uses site specific engineering, eliminating potential points of weakness and vulnerability in the fabrication and installation
