Luxury Apartment Complex / Malvern, PA / Completed 2018
Selected for our ability to conceptualize and execute a fully customized solution, our team designed, fabricated, and installed railing, fencing, decorative grills, and custom infills for the sprawling Royal Worthington property.

The Royal Worthington, a modernized apartment complex for apartments and corporate housing, seamlessly combines urban sophistication with the advantages of Philadelphia’s historic Main Line neighborhood.

This large-scale project involved building an extensive shopping center and high-end apartment complex on an old industrial site. It was the first project in Malvern, PA to use a “Towne Center” theme.

The project had unique specifications that required a fully customized solution. Fairway was engaged to custom design and fabricate the balcony railings, pool fencing, decorative garage grills, and the amenity terrace inside/outside guard rail. One specialized request required the railing to have an infill panel that matched the retail shopping center’s signature “RW” logo – a perfect fit for our waterjet capabilities. Despite extremely tight turnaround times, installation accessibility issues, and an exacting development team, the Fairway team completed the installation prior to The Royal Worthington’s grand opening.
